High school and college transcripts should be submitted electronically to the UNCSA Office of
Admissions whenever possible. If your high school does not have the capability to
send your transcript electronically, please request that your official transcript
be mailed to the Office of Admissions. If you have credits from a college, please also supply your college transcript.
Transcripts should be official sealed, signed or notarized copies of all secondary school academic records, that include a list of courses in which the applicant is enrolled at the time of application.
Home Schooled Applicants

Official transcripts in your native language must be submitted with a literal English translation by a certifying agency. If you cannot have an original academic record sent from the institution, please contact a certifying agency to verify what they would accept as a transcript from your institution.
