Method of Payment
The Campus Store accepts cash, check, MC/VISA, American Express, UNCSA One Card, money orders, and Traveler’s Checks.

Check Cashing Policy
Check should be made payable to the student, or to UNCSA Cash. Student must be currently enrolled, and present a valid UNCSA One Card for identification. Student may cash one check per day and cannot exceed $50.00. Fee for returned checks is $25.00.

Merchandise Return Policy
All returns must have the original sales receipt and all tags attached. Merchandise must be in original condition, including manufacturer’s packaging and must be returned within 7 business days of purchase. Not all items are returnable. If purchase was made by check, refund is not given until the check has cleared the bank.

Book Return Policy
To received a full refund for textbooks, the return must be made by the last day of drop/add. Books must be in original condition, and must be presented with the original sales receipt. If payment was made by check, refund is not given until the check has cleared the bank.
