Triad Partnership
The Piedmont Triad Partnership, one of seven regional economic development partnerships in North Carolina, is the economic development organization representing the 12-county Piedmont Triad region. The Partnership teams with the local economic development offices and the North Carolina Department of Commerce to market the Triad domestically and internationally to attract business investment and stimulate job creation in the region. The PTP is also the lead organization for the U.S. Department of Labor-funded Workforce Innovations in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) initiative, which supports the development of a comprehensive, fully-integrated regional economic development and workforce development strategy for the Piedmont Triad. The Piedmont Triad includes the counties of Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin.
