This page has been created to fulfill UNCSA's compliance with the disclosure requirements under Title IV. Title IV requires institutions participating in financial aid programs to disclose specified information to all prospective students, applicants, employees and current students.  Below is a list of the disclosure requirements, and links to pages that contain the actual information or where to obtain the information.

Gainful Employment
Final regulations published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2010, require institutions to report certain information about students who enrolled in Title IV eligible educational programs that lead to gainful employment in a recognized occupation (GE programs). Those regulations also provide that institutions must disclose to prospective students certain information about the institution’s GE Programs. UNCSA offers seven certificate programs that lead to gainful employment; the document linked below provides prospective and current students information as required by the U.S. Department of Education.
