How Do I Create a Personal Signature on my Email?
Find the 'Tools' menu on the top bar of Outlook and select 'Options' from the list. Select the 'Mail Format' tab in the 'Options' window. Towards the bottom of the window the signature controls can be found. To enter a new signature, you must click the 'Signatures...' button and add it to the list. Once you have done this, you may select your created signatures in the drop-down boxes for new messages or for replies and forwards.
