Password Management

You can manage you password by using the Track-It Password Reset web application.

First-Time Users

First-time users need register with Track-It in order to use it. It only takes a minute to register.

  1. Open the application Track-It
  2. Select "Registration" in the upper right-hand corner. The Registration window displays.

  3. Complete Registration Step 1 with the following information:
    Ensure the Domain Name is UNCSA
    User Name is your school email address before the @ sign.
    Password is your email password
  4. Select the Log In button and Step 2 displays.
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Set up two security questions
  7. Select Submit button and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Registered Users

If you have registered with Track-It, do the following to reset your password or to unlock your account.

  1. Open the application Track-It
  2. Ensure the Domain Name is UNCSA
  3. Enter your User Name, which is your school email address before the @ sign.
  4. Select Submit button and Step 2 displays.
  5. Answer your two security questions.
  6. Select Submit and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Note: If your email address changes or you forget the answers to your security questions, click on the Registration link to make the necessary changes.
