 Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar maintains student records, oversees registration, records grades, provides transcripts, answers residency questions, certifies students for veteran's benefits, resets PIN numbers for E-Z Arts, provides enrollment verifications, and facilitates graduation.

Links are provided for information regarding transcripts, residency status requirements, academic calendar dates, military benefits, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) . Students with access to E-Z Arts web services may also view class schedules and information on their own student records.

Last day to apply to graduate in December (submit paper form) September 11
Online graduation application opens in E-Z Arts for May graduation September 14
Fall Break October 10-13
Course planning for the Spring semester October 19-23

*Undergraduate students may withdraw from no more than 16 credits during their career.
