Learn more tips on how to coupon the easy way! Whether you’re a beginner or looking
for fresh ways to save with coupons, you do not want to miss this session. You don’t
have to be an expert to save money on household essentials, groceries and apparel.
Join us to learn where to find coupons, best stores to use coupons and how to grocery

3-4 p.m. Ride-Sharing Safety by Sgt. Tyler Hill
With so many new ways available to get around town these days, join Sgt. Hill of Campus
Police to learn about the ways to keep yourself safe while using various ride-sharing

10-11 a.m. Survey Mapping: Designing your Survey with the End in Mind by Elizabeth Davis
Survey writing is where science meets art! The first and most important step is planning
your questions to get the information you need to reach your goals. Survey mapping
is a brainstorming method that allows you to clarify your thinking and fine-tune your
survey objectives. In this session, we will talk about how to use survey mapping to
ensure that the survey you create will produce the information you need. Teams Meeting
11 a.m.-noon Microsoft Teams Modernizing the Workplace by Steve Cochrane
Microsoft Teams can help you and your team keep up with a changing workplace. You
can attend this session to learn more about Microsoft Teams. How this tool is helping
modernize the workplace for Finance staff. Teams Meeting (of course)
1:30-3 p.m. Foundations for Inclusive Excellence (EDIB 101) by Shayla Herndon-Edmunds
Designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of inclusive excellence
& cultural competence by exploring the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS)
and how it can help us to understand how we experience and respond to differences
and begin to examine our subsequent impact on others. Zoom Meeting.
3-4 p.m. Craft Circle led by Liza Vest
Start the new year with the craft circle! Bring your own project to work on, or come
work on the sewing machines to make a napkin or coaster (fabric and supplies will
be provided). We will be meeting in the Makerspace at the Library. Enjoy spending
an hour of being creative with a great group of people.
