UNC System 2023-24 Tuition Bill Statement

Tuition for 2023-24 will be used as follows:

• Student services: 4%
• Need-based aid: 12%
• Operation & Maintenance of Plant and Other Expenses: 20%
• Instruction: 30%
• Academic & Institutional Support: 34%

In the year ended June 30, 2023, UNCSA received approximately $40 million in appropriations from the North Carolina General Assembly, providing an additional $51,171 towards the total cost of education for each resident student.
