VAXON will participate in our Benefits & Wellness Fair on Oct. 25 to administer flu
shots in Eisenberg Social Hall from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Also available will be the
shingles vaccine for those age 50 and older and the COVID-19 booster for those authorized
at the time of the clinic.

When scheduling, you will be asked to upload a picture of the front of your Blue Cross
Blue Shield card — if you are not able to upload a picture, please bring the card
with you to the clinic.
