Campus Dining update

Campus DiningDuring July, we have been busily working on the transition of our Dining Services to our new partner, Sodexo! As we move forward in this process, we want to keep you informed of next steps and upcoming changes.

 
Sodexo will officially begin with us on August 1. On this date, caterings and special events will immediately transition to Sodexo. We have already been working with several of our campus partners regarding known events to ensure the transition is as seamless as possible.
 
August 1 will start the rebranding of our dining facilities, during which time the facilities will be closed. On August 8, the Dining Hall, POD Markets and the Library Café will officially re-open as we welcome our high school students’ arrival on campus! More information pertaining to the additions and improvements to these areas will be announced soon.
 
The Pickle Jar will be upgraded to include Freshens, which will offer healthy fast food including grilled flatbreads, smoothies and many other nutritious options. The transition to Freshens will take a little longer to complete and is anticipated to be ready to welcome and serve our students, faculty and staff by the start of Spring semester.
 
While the Pickle Jar is being upgraded during the upcoming Fall Semester, the Library Café and the Dining Hall will have extended hours and will include additional Pickle Jar offerings to ensure that our campus community is receiving the best service and dining options. Sodexo will be sharing more information soon as we get closer to the start of the semester, so stay tuned for those future announcements.
