Upcoming input meetings for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Planning and Development Services
The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Planning and Development Services Department will
soon be writing Forward 2045(opens in new tab), the community’s next comprehensive plan.
A series of public input meetings are scheduled for October to gather the opinions, views, ideas and thoughts of community members.
About Forward 2045
Forward 2045 will be the official guide for future growth and development in the city and county, covering topics such as housing and neighborhoods, economic development, amenities and entertainment options, community appearance, and land preservation.
The planning process is currently in the Outreach phase, the second of four phases (Research, Outreach, Draft and Adopt). You can provide your input for how the community should grow by attending the public input meetings or completeting the survey below.
