and the importance of implementing these into your routine for your overall wellness.
Wear your "G-rated pajamas" and come out to Daniels Plaza for some goodies and information
on best sleep practices. Counseling Services will be handing out sleepy time tea,
special sleep masks and candy to celebrate the day. Cant wait to see you there!
