Returning college housing selection opens Feb. 18
The on-campus housing application for the 2025-2026 academic year opens on February 18 and is due March 9.
During this time, you will have the opportunity to declare your intent for housing and request a roommate or roommates.
Read the Housing Selection guide for important information regarding the housing selection process.
For two days only, February 26-27, you will be able to log in and renew your current room, or you will be entered into the housing selection as outlined below.
Deadlines
- Feb. 18-March 9: Housing Applications open and housing agreements are due.
- Feb. 26-27: Same-room sign-ups/Room Renewals (OPTIONAL - This is for students wishing to reside in the same room for next year only.)
- March 12-13: Selection for all 2-bedroom, 2-person Center Stage Apartments and Artist Village single suites
- March 17-18: Selection for all 2-bedroom, 4-person Center Stage Quad Apartments and Artist Village double suites
- March 20-21: Final selection takes place for all remaining spaces on campus, including partially vacant Center Stage Apartments and Artist Village suites.
You will be issued a lottery time after the housing intent application period ends during which you will be able to log in and select your housing. If you completed an application, you will be issued a separate selection time for each and every portion of the housing selection process until you select housing.
Please note: Students must complete their Housing Application and return to select a room to be eligible to reside on campus. Any students not required to reside on campus who do not select a room during these times will be placed on a wait-list for on-campus housing.
