Payment plans are available for fall 2025 beginning May 15
Payment plans for the fall 2025 term will start on May 15 and can be accessed through
UNCSA’s online billing portal, TouchNet.
Students: Access TouchNet through E-Z Arts by logging in and clicking on the “Student” tab, then “Student Account Center” and finally “TouchNet.”
Parents: After being made an Authorized User, you may log in directly through TouchNet’s landing page.
Starting May 15, 2025, payment plans will be accessible for enrollment. Early enrollers will have access to the most payment options. As the semester approaches, the number of available payments will decrease, resulting in larger payment amounts for those who enroll later.
Key details of the payment plans:
- Payment Options: More options will be available for early enrollees, allowing greater flexibility in managing payments.
- Non-Refundable Fee: A $50 non-refundable TouchNet fee will be applied to all payment plans. This fee is mandatory and cannot be refunded.
- Down Payment: A mandatory down payment is required upon enrollment, which will count as the first payment.
- Subsequent Payments: After the down payment, subsequent payments will be due at the beginning of each month.
- Auto-Enrollment: Auto-enrollment is required for the payment plans, ensuring timely payments and avoiding any potential late fees or penalties.
It's important for students to enroll in the payment plans as early as possible to take advantage of the greater number of payment options and to ensure smoother financial planning for the semester.
To enroll in an estimated payment plan, users will need to input estimated values for tuition, fees, and financial aid to calculate their payments. Information regarding Fall 2024 charges can be accessed by utilizing a quick estimated charge calculator, which will open in a new tab.
To access your financial aid details:
- Navigate to E-Z Arts.
- Click on the "Financial Aid" tab.
- Select "Award" and then "Award for Aid Year."
- Make sure you choose the 2025-2026 Aid year.

Estimated Payment plans convert into the actual billed amounts once student statements are issued in early December. Payment totals may increase or decrease depending on the initial estimated amount entered during enrollment, changes in financial aid, or other forms of payment made on your behalf. It is important to review your payment plan amounts before each scheduled withdrawal, to guarantee adequate funds are available.

TouchNet will not be available June 23-July 1 due to Fiscal Year end closing.
