UNCSA Archives Mission

The UNCSA Archives serves as the institutional memory of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. The Archives collects, preserves, and provides access to material of enduring historical, administrative, educational, and artistic value in support of the intellectual, informational, and cultural needs of the UNCSA faculty, staff, students, and alumni, as well as members of the local and global community.

Hours & Location

The UNCSA Archives is open for research by appointment. Please contact us to discuss your area of interest and schedule a visit.

The Archives is located on the third floor of the University Library Annex, and is accessed through the third floor bridge from the main Library. For directions to UNCSA and a campus map, see the campus Directions & Parking page.
