Students identify with creative processes in their art, so I apply the same processes
and discussion styles to the writing process as a transition for students. Strong
communication skills (written and oral) give students the ability to present ideas,
discuss options, and, if needed, take charge of the tone/language and movement of
a conversation, business meeting or written piece.
