Tyler Kinnear

Tyler Kinnear teaches humanities in the Division of Liberal Arts. In addition to his teaching work, he was co-curator of a sound-based exhibition, “Resounding Change: Sonic Art and the Environment,” at the Western Carolina University Fine Arts Museum and is principal investigator for the Sonic Histories Project to cultivate awareness of former Cherokee Indian and African American settlements on what is now the campus of Western Carolina University.
