PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the Governor’s Stay at Home Executive Order, Creative CoWorks activities and common areas on the University floor of 5OO W Fifth Street (3rd floor) are suspended through April 30, 2020. Thank you for your understanding.
UNCSA and the Thomas S. Kenan Institute for the Arts have opened Creative CoWorks, a satellite campus located in the Don Flow Building at 500 West Fifth Street in Winston-Salem that will be dedicated to encouraging creative entrepreneurship in the UNCSA student-body and local community.
The new space offers programmatic facilities, classrooms and ‘blue sky’ meeting space for the Kenan Institute and UNCSA, as well as invited community members and partner organizations. Creative CoWorks will provide students with a beneficial off-campus experience and proximity to peers from other schools, local colleges and universities. This will allow shared learning between institutions, reflecting the collaboration between UNCSA and the Kenan Institute in the area of creative entrepreneurship.
