Take a spin in hula hoop class
The free trial hula hoop class led by Emilyann Marsh continues. Classes will be on Monday, Sept. 18 at 8 p.m. or Tuesday, Sept. 19 at noon at the Fitness Center. Hula hoops provided or bring your own. All experience levels welcome. Classes are 30 minutes.
Hula hoop class is a great way to tone your body, increase blood circulation and relieve stress! Open to all students, faculty, and staff.
