Evening kickboxing trial class continues
The free trail kickboxing class led by Madison Walrath continues in the evenings. Classes at the Fitness Center will be:
- 7:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1
- 5:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2
This fun class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio workout that will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while building lean muscle. Open to students, faculty and staff.
