One week left to donate to State Employees Combined Campaign
There's only one more week left to donate to UNCSA's campaign for the State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC).
UNCSA's campaign kicked off on Sept. 25 and ends Friday, Nov. 17.
As of today, 44 of UNCSA's about 450 employees have donated $5,080 to causes that they care about. That donated amount matches last year's total! But it's far below our goal this year of 100 percent participation. As little as $10 can help. See what your gift can do.
SECC is the only campaign authorized to solicit state employees in the workplace. There are more than 900 charities eligible to receive contributions through the SECC, including the UNC School of the Arts Foundation (No. 1836). Eligible charities include such diverse organizations as Bethesda Center for the Homeless, Carolina Ballet, Friends of the Blue Ridge Parkway, water.org, and World Wildlife Fund.
Remember, if you make a donation by Nov. 17, you will be entered into a raffle to win a reserved parking spot near your office, complete with SECC Donor sign!
Use the link you were emailed on Nov. 8 for online donations (payroll deduction to begin in January 2018 or a one-time credit card payment). If you wish to pay by cash or check, you must complete the paper pledge form and submit your form and donation to Joan Roggenkamp.
