Dates set for trial kickboxing class at Fitness Center
Come try a free trial kickboxing lesson with Madison Walrath. The classes are open to students, faculty and staff. This fun class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio workout that will build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories while building lean muscle.
The free trial lessons will be:
- Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
- Wednesday, Oct. 25 from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 26 from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
