New Technology portal provides answers and support

A white finger pressing solution key on keyboardI'm excited to announce that we have launched a new web and technical support center to streamline communication between the Technology Division and our campus community. This system includes a knowledge base that we will continue to update with answers to the most-asked questions. All requests will be entered directly into our departmental workflows that will allow campus requestors to see the status at any time.

You will be able to:

  • Submit a help desk request
  • Request a web update
  • Submit a UNCSA Campus announcement
  • Request phone or video conferencing assistance
  • Search for answers in the Knowledge Base

As with any new system, you can expect a bit of turbulence at launch. Don't worry, we will get all the issues smoothed out with your feedback. Log in to view a personalized experience.
