New Technology portal provides answers and support
I'm excited to announce that we have launched a new web and technical support center
to streamline communication between the Technology Division and our campus community.
This system includes a knowledge base that we will continue to update with answers
to the most-asked questions. All requests will be entered directly into our departmental
workflows that will allow campus requestors to see the status at any time.
You will be able to:
- Submit a help desk request
- Request a web update
- Submit a UNCSA Campus announcement
- Request phone or video conferencing assistance
- Search for answers in the Knowledge Base
As with any new system, you can expect a bit of turbulence at launch. Don't worry, we will get all the issues smoothed out with your feedback. Log in to view a personalized experience.

If you want to browse the Knowledge Base, you don't need to log in.
