Stress Less student group to meet Tuesdays
Starting Tuesday, Aug. 27, there will be a free counseling group where students can process concerns and learn mindfulness techniques and emotion regulation skills to effectively reduce stress, improve their outlook, develop resilience, and gain an overall sense of well-being and community.
Sign up at the Front Desk of the Wellness Center, located on the top floor of Hanes Student Commons and come on Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
