Group exercise classes will begin the week of Sept. 2.

The class schedule below will run throughout September. A regular schedule for the remainder of the semester will be based on class attendance and student interest.

All classes will be held in the Fitness Center group exercise room.

Class schedule: 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Grace Manning, RYS®200 
Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. 
Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. 
Fridays, 12:15-1:15 p.m. 

Note: The Monday class will begin on Sept. 9 due to the Fitness Center being closed on Sept. 2 for Labor Day.

As we mindfully integrate movement and breath, this Vinyasa flow class is aimed at all levels. This class will explore sun salutations, balance and strength as we move through sequences made to challenge and encourage. Enough instruction for beginners, with challenges applicable to the advanced practitioner. Get ready to stretch, strengthen and breathe.

Wednesday Yoga Class with Elizabeth White, RYT® 200
Wednesdays, 12:15-1:15 p.m. 

The focus of this alignment-based yoga practice will change weekly. In each class you will increase strength and flexibility, learn fun “yoga snacks” you can do throughout the day, and restorative poses to relax. Use of props and modifications to benefit all fitness levels is encouraged. You will deepen your understanding of Hatha yoga. Those who have their own yoga mat, blocks, blankets and straps are encouraged to bring their own to allow others to use what the Fitness Center provides.

Pilates Mat Class with Taryn Griggs
Saturdays, 10:15-11:15 a.m. 

This class makes space for correcting imbalances while improving strength and flexibility. Utilizing traditional Pilates repertoire, we will focus on alignment, core strength, finding length without hyperextension and moving with ease.
