Learn how to prevent or stop hazing
Stop by information tables to learn how you can help prevent or stop hazing. National Hazing Prevention Week is Sept. 23–27.
Information tables will be up on the following dates, times, and locations:
- Monday, Sept. 23 from 8:45–10:00 a.m. at Work Place West V
- Wednesday, Sept. 25 from 3:30-5 p.m. in the High School Connector building.
- Friday, Sept. 27 from noon–1 p.m. by the Library
Hazing is any action taken or any situation created intentionally that causes embarrassment, harassment or ridicule and risks emotional and/or physical harm to members of a group or team, whether new or not, regardless of the person’s willingness to participate.
