Don't miss an important email

Illustration of emails swirling around a computerYou have tools to help you manage your UNCSA email inbox. Microsoft 365's Outlook offers a Focused Inbox feature. If you don't see Focused or Other in your mailbox, you might have Microsoft's older version, called Clutter. Focused Inbox separates your inbox into two tabs. Your most important email messages are on the Focused tab, while the rest are accessed by selecting the Other tab. Similarly, Clutter allows you to move low-priority message to the Clutter folder to be read later.

You train your Outlook to automatically move messages to be selecting Move to Focused if you only want to move a particular message. You select Always Move to Focused if you want all future messages from a sender to the Focused tab.
