Carry your One Card when on campus

Student swiping a One Card to access a door. The One Card is your campus ID and your key to doors, meal plans, campus tenders (i.e. Pickle Dollars) and events. This academic year, students, faculty and staff will need their One Card to enter campus buildings. No exterior doors will be unlocked. They will be in a controlled state.

You are required to carry it with you at all times when you are on campus. If you lose it or it gets damaged, visit the One Card Office 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. If it is after hours, visit Campus Police.

  • Do not prop doors open. It can damage the door and trigger system alarms. It is also an open invitation for strangers to enter.
  • Be wary of “tailgaters,” which are people entering behind you when you opened the door. Do not let anyone in a building that you don’t know.
  • Don’t let others use your One Card. This is a violation of student conduct. Discipline actions can be pursued.
  • If you experience a door issue, inform your arts school’s main office.
