Voting Information table available for a week

voting checkboxFirst time voting during a pandemic, first time voting in an election or both?

SGA and Staff Council will be staffing a voting information table from noon -2 p.m. on the top level of Hanes Commons Oct. 14-21. Learn about early voting, one-stop voting and mail-in/absentee voting options, how to get a sample ballot, and shuttle information on Election Day. Ask us any question, but we won't tell you who to vote for that is your decision!

  • Learn how to stay safe when voting in person.
  • There are several Early Voting locations near campus. Find locations and open times for Forsyth County. Early Voting and One-Stop Voting is Oct. 15-31.
  • How you can drop off your mail-in/absentee ballot at an Early Voting location.
  • How to print a sample ballot and begin deciding who you want to cast your vote for various offices and judicial seats.
  • A shuttle for students will be available on Election Day, Nov. 3, in the Performance Place Circle at 7-8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 5-7 p.m
  • Early voting is encouraged.

Those interested in signing up to help staff the voting information table should contact an SGA representative or their Staff Council Representative.
