Yoga for You offered in spring semester

Silhouette of a person doing the yoga tree poseThe UNCSA Counseling Center is  planning for the spring semester Yoga for You, a yoga class for students grounded in therapeutic benefits.

This free counseling class will offer techniques to manage challenges on and off the mat. Weekly guided practice will help students to be present, enjoy simple movement with breath, and promote healing.

Yoga generates health and happiness by assisting in stress reduction, enhancing body/mind communication, calming worried minds, and supporting overall wellness.
