Stress Less Mindfulness groups, times selected

  • College students: Fridays at 11 a.m.

  • High school students: Tuesdays at 11 a.m. (Starts March 13.)

The Stress Less are free counseling groups: one for college students and one for high school students. Participants can process concerns, learn mindfulness techniques and emotion regulation skills to more effectively reduce stress, shift thinking patterns, improve your outlook, develop resilience, and a healthy sense of well-being and community.

There is no attendance commitment. Come once or as many times as you need throughout the semester.
