are moving our Yoga for You groups online until further notice.
High school students at 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays
College students at 10:00 a.m. Thursdays

This free yoga class for students grounded in therapeutic benefits will offer techniques
to manage challenges on and off the mat. Weekly guided practice will help students
to be present, enjoy simple movement with breath, and promote healing. Yoga generates
health and happiness by assisting in stress reduction, enhancing body/mind communication,
calming worried minds, and supporting overall wellness.
All levels welcome, no prior yoga experience needed. We look forward to seeing you
on the mat!
