New parking portal offers self-serve options
We are pleased to announce the university has moved to a new parking system hosted by EDC Corporation's AIMs Parking Management Software. Among the several advantages this system provides is a self-service portal that uses UNCSA’s single-sign-on service. You may access your parking account by going to https://uncsa.aimsparking.com/login/index.phpor via the link on the UNCSA parking policies webpage.
If you have any concerns or questions about your parking account, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the new site you can:
- Order permits.
- Claim a permit invite.
- Request a temporary permit.
- Report a temporary vehicle or a permanent vehicle change.
- Sign up to be placed on a waitlist for a permit type.
- See your waitlist request status in the system at any time.
- See available permit types.
- See violation types and fine costs.
- See additional information about parking enforcement levels.
- Look up, pay or appeal a ticket.
Parking Tickets are now printed by a mobile thermal printer and will no longer be handwritten. They are automatically uploaded to your parking account, so there are no wait times to pay. Using a mobile device, scan the QR code on the ticket to access the payment or appeal site. For in-person payments using a check or credit card, go to the Cashier's Office in the Welcome Center. Payments cannot accepted at the Police Department.
Avoid a ticket
To avoid parking tickets, use the signs are posted throughout campus, refer to Traffic and Parking Policy (PDF) or the parking maps to identify where it is safe to park. The most common violation is parking in a reserved space. If you are not paying for an employee-premium permit, do not park in a space with a painted number on it.
