Walk-up Technology Support moves to Library's first floor

Technology Support area in the LibraryTo improve support and accessibility, IT Client Services’ Technology Support team has relocated to the first floor of the Library & Learning Commons. A Tech Support technician will be available for walk-up consultations and assistance at the circulation desk when the Library is open to the public. The Tech Support team also is available for scheduled support services from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Technology Support  is constantly adding and improving the content on the Knowledge Base at kb.uncsa.edu. It is full of how-tos and guides for using campus hardware and software technologies such as using Adobe Creative Cloud, connecting to the Wi-Fi, installing multifactor authentication, programming your desk phone, and troubleshooting other common technology problems.
