Sunday night vinyasa yoga in the Fitness Center

Illustration of a downward facing dog yoga poseBegin your week by taking a journey out of your mind and into your body.  Come join Faith Fidgeon for their weekly vinyasa yoga class from 6-7 p.m. on Sundays at the UNCSA Fitness Center's yoga and exercise studio room.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where you move or flow from one yoga pose to another with your breath. The class is open to all UNCSA students, faculty and staff. View vinyasa yoga flyer (Image).
