Action required: UNCSA services expiring for graduating students
As you order graduation supplies, think about transitioning your digital work and
be aware of access ending to your UNCSA student account. Here are some important items
to consider:
- Immediately after graduation, your access to the following UNCSA services will expire:
- Microsoft Office 365
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Autodesk CAD software
- UNCSA E-Z Arts
- UNCSA Canvas
- Access to services relying on SSO credentials.
- Your UNCSA email account will remain active for one year after graduation.
Transitioning to a personal subscription
To use Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365 and Autodesk apps after graduation, you'll need to purchase a personal subscription and should begin migrating your files to your personal subscription.
- Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions can be found at Adobe Creative Cloud Offers. (https://www.adobe.com/products/special-offers.html). Read this UNCSA knowledge base article that includes how to migrate your files and a limited time frame to receive an academic
discount.
- Office 365 subscriptions are at Office 365 Products. (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products)
- Autodesk subscriptions are at Autodesk Products. (https://www.autodesk.com/products)
Students advancing academic levels within UNCSA
If you're graduating from UNCSA high school and will attend UNCSA as an undergraduate
or are graduating as an UNCSA undergraduate and will continue at UNCSA as a graduate
student, your UNCSA account will remain active after graduation and throughout your
time at UNCSA. Your email address, Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud accounts will
remain the same until your university graduation day.
Additionally, you'll still have access to your UNCSA services, including:
- UNCSA E-Z Arts
- UNCSA Canvas
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from UNCSA!
