Two UNCSA Short Films to Screen at Joedance Film Festival

A woman and a man hold hands with a cityscape in the backgrounsFresh from their honors from the Real to Reel Film Festival, 2022 UNCSA films "Sonata" and "Suga Brown" will screen in-person in the Joedance Film Festival student film screening block on Saturday, Aug. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Charlotte (NC) Ballet Theater. Both films will also be available to screen in the student section online for 24 hours beginning at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 6.
 
Joedance is a unique NC film festival, benefiting rare pediatric cancer research.
 
The 2022 Joedance Film Festival will be held both in-person and online August 4-6.
 
Tickets for the online screenings are $30 for the student selection, $30 for a single day virtual pass, or $65 for a single day in-person pass.
