Yoga class for students forming

mindfulnessThe UNCSA Counseling Center is offering Yoga for You, a free group for students.
 
This yoga class is offered from a therapeutic perspective and will incorporate mindful movement, soothing breath work, stress/tension relief, and building resilience. All levels are welcome and no prior yoga experience is needed. UNCSA Community Health Standards will be followed. Mats are available in the Fitness Center.
 
Please help us determine the best time to offer this group yoga by sharing your availability. Class will last approximately one hour.
