Electronic W-2 available
Electronic W-2 forms are available for review and print via Self Service Banner 9
(E-Z Arts) for employees who consented to receive their W-2 form in an electronic
format. All paper W-2 forms will be mailed no later than Jan. 31, 2023.
Note: If you have not given your electronic consent and wish to do so, follow these instructions.
To view and print the electronic W-2 form:
- Log in to the E-Z Arts by entering your Single Sign On.
- Select the Employees tab.
- Select the Employee Dashboard.
- Select Taxes.
- Select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.
- In the Tax Year box, select 2022 from the drop-down list.
- Select Display button.
- In the bottom left corner of your screen, select the Printable W-2 button to print.
