The Nutcracker Boutique is biggest fundraiser of the UNCSA High School Parents Support Organization (PSO). This year, they are taking their holiday tradition online. Twenty percent of every purchase goes to the PSO to support young artists' academic pursuits.

Human Resources' November Learning of the Month focuses on resources to navigate the holidays with a healthy holidays gift guide, gratitude resources and resource guide for holiday stress relief, being alone during the holiday or grieving during the holidays.
An exhibit of students' work in watercolor is display on the second floor of the Library and Learning Commons. The studies were made during a course taught by Design & Production faculty member John Coyne, and will be on view through the spring.
There will be a memorial vehicle in Daniels Plaza from Tuesday, Nov. 17 through Friday, Nov. 20. This vehicle is a memorial and reminder to always practice road safety and not to text and drive.
With projected higher costs associated with providing retiree medical coverage, state employees, which includes UNCSA employees, hired on or after Jan. 1, 2021, will not be eligible for retiree health coverage by the State of North Carolina.
