Annual Evaluations

All faculty classifications will be evaluated on an annual basis using the Annual Evaluation form. It is important that the dean provide an annual opportunity to faculty members to discuss their annual evaluation. Multi-Year Faculty in a Contract Reappointment Evaluation, Mid 10-Year Review or Rank Promotion year are exempt from Annual Evaluation in that year.

A copy of the Annual Evaluation form (Part I & Part II) should be kept by the school/division and the faculty member for inclusion in the Contract Reappointment Evaluation Packet, the Mid 10-year Review Packet and the Rank Promotion Packet.
