Staff Enrichment Time

Growth in professional and personal development is important at UNCSA. Staff have specific times held during the year to participate in training and development of any kind. Participating in the Staff Enrichment Initiative is not mandatory. Professional development can be for the individual or for teams or departments. The Quality Workplace Committee provides offerings related to health and wellness, intrapersonal skills and technical training. In addition, Human Resources training is offered. Designated Staff Enrichment Times

Eight hours per month are designated as Staff Enrichment Time except in August, December, April and May.

The designated time blocks are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the dates listed below. Professional and personal development can be divided into whatever blocks of time you need during those hours.
