In 2022, Chancellor Cole provided staff with dedicated Staff Enrichment Time hroughout the year. Staff have specific times held during the year to participate in training and development of any kind. In addition, the Quality Workplace Committee provides a monthly slate of offerings for staff.

The Staff Council is encouraging staff to take advantage of both virtual and in-person opportunities. Staff always has access to LinkedIn Learning.
