Fitness Classes

The Fitness Center will be offering the following classes on a weekly basis in the Group Exercise Studio.
 
  • Yoga for You is Wednesdays at 9 a.m.
  • Pilates are:
    • Saturdays at 3:30 p.m.
    • Sundays at 1 p.m.
