  Including virus and spyware removal
• Software
  Most software packages are easy to install, but if you encounter difficulty, Technology Support Center staff are happy to help.
• Network connectivity
  The campus wireless network and the AUX network
• Warranty and hardware repair
  For computers and warranties purchased through UNCSA Information Technology Division for faculty and staff
• Single-Sign On account
  Including password resets, disabled accounts
