Task Force Groups

Each task force group is made of dedicated faculty, staff and administrators whose laser focus is in planning for our students, faculty, staff and patrons.

Academic Programs Operational Planning Task Force

This team is making plans for learning, academic calendar, hybrid instruction models, safety protocols for classrooms, performance and studios; training and onboarding, instructional support, student success and support, faculty support and evaluation and accreditation. This team is led by the Provost and the Vice Provost & Dean of Academic Affairs.

Health and Wellness Service Task Force

This team is planning for screening, testing, tracing, treatment, quarantine and isolation support. This team is led by the Chief of Staff, Director of Health Services, and Vice Provost of Student Affairs.

Environmental Safety Task Force

This team is focused on personal protective equipment (PPE), cleaning and disinfecting spaces, density planning for both instructional and work space, traffic flow and common campus areas and campus access. This team is lead by the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration and Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management.

Residential Housing and Dining Task Force

This team is looking at density and space planning in both housing and food service for our students. The are also establishing training for the campus as students, faculty and staff are either coming on campus for the first time or are returning to campus. This team is led by the Vice Provost for Student Affairs.

Human Resources and Infrastructure Task Force

This team is focused on policies for on-site and teleworking, and accommodating at-risk employees. Training and onboarding of policies and procedures well be implemented and issues related to business travel. This team is lead by the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration and the Director of Human Resources.

Communications and External Relations Task Force

This team is concentrating on providing clear, concise information for our campus community, our donors and patrons, and to federal, state and community partners. This team is led by the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Communications

Finance and Infrastructure Task Force

This team will look at how we can support the work and efforts of the campus from a technology infrastructure, facilities and financial. It will look at both projections and planning. This team is led by the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
