Hunter is a third-year Saxophone Performance major at UNCSA. He began his studies at WCU, then transferred to UNCSA during his second academic year. Hunter grew up in the small town of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, and was notified of UNCSA by a close friend. Upon arriving, he knew this were the place he wanted to be throughout his undergraduate studies.
What made you want to come to UNCSA?
I wanted to come to UNCSA for the staff here. The staff during my audition stood out by being extremely welcoming and I knew this was the place I could learn while still being happy.
What are your favorite things about UNCSA?
I love the people here at UNCSA. The are always so welcoming, supportive and fun to be around!
