Step onto our stage, as we like to say. Our students get hands-on experience in a 21st century conservatory so many of our classrooms are literally screening spaces or performance stages. Our 74-acre campus in Winston-Salem, N.C., has unique features like a movie lot in the School of Filmmaking, a park-like area near Hanes Student Commons, and a modern metropolitan feel around Performance Circle, where you can catch plays or musical performances, sip coffee, or explore the library with its great campus and city views.
In addition to campus residence halls, academic buildings and studios, UNCSA has 11 performance and screening spaces. Our largest performance venue is the Stevens Center, which is off our main campus and located in the center of downtown Winston-Salem. Come and explore UNCSA, located in the City of Arts & Innovation.
UNCSA Police make every effort to assist guests with special needs. This includes needed parking accommodations, vehicular escorts, or other special requests to assist in a unique circumstance. Please call (336) 770-3321 with any requests. When attending campus events and performances, Campus Police can assist you with parking in addition to the marked handicapped parking.
