Student Blue plan and whether the plan provides healthcare coverage outside of North
Carolina. Student Blue is a worldwide policy, so you will have coverage wherever you
travel. The plan does have in-network providers around the world.
Students can find a BCBS in-network medical provider in their state by searching the
online provider directory or they can call 1-800-810-BLUE (2583) to locate in-network providers in their area.
